I’ve been so busy lately that I’ve barely had time to get excited by the fact that Iron Man 2 is going to be out in a couple of weeks.

Let that sink in and enjoy the moment for a second.

Not convinced?

I took a break from sketch cards tonight and suddenly got the urge to experiment with some little colour page notepads I picked up really cheap at the supermarket.  The paper is really glossy though and had problems taking the ink and then my crayola pencils.  But all was not lost as I opened my coloured eco pencils from blossom creations and they are soft enough to put some colour onto the paper.

Now the scanner didn’t pick any of the colours up very well and the pencils didn’t come with a white one so I might have to photograph it some other time to get the proper effect.  But it was just a little experiment so maybe I’ll just leave well enough alone.

I enjoyed the process and the style enough to do it again, any suggestions?
