… It also means that the next video is the card all done! As I mentioned to SG-3 the other day the cards don’t generally take me this long but I slowed down a little for these ones because I was also talking and wanted to show the process.

So I thought you guys might be interested to look over my shoulder and see what I do when I’m making one of the sketch cards. Since I can’t afford airfares for most of you I decided to add video podcasting to my repartee.  Hope it’s kind of interesting!

By the way here’s a scan of the first set of the Stargate SG1 cards that are being sent to their owner today in the mail.

If you are interested in getting your own cards take a look in the shop (though at present there is a bit of a wait on the cards).

I’m always impressed when other people know the film Silent Running as I seemed to be the only one whilst growing up.  I guess the film isn’t as obscure as I thought because as part of a big 20 card set I was asked to produce three cards featuring the drones that appeared in the film.

It’s been a long time since I’ve seen the film but I remembered that it didn’t turn out too fantastic for two of the robots.

Remember if you’d like your own cards commissioned just go over to the shop and put your order in.
