Batman campaign in full swing - is this the first official photo of the Joker?

The new Batman film has started its internet campaigns with the Harvey Dent website - http://ibelieveinharveydent.com/ which is an election image for the future Two-Face.
Then there was this opposing website - http://www.ibelieveinharveydenttoo.com/ which is a defaced version.
And finally this website reveals what is said to be the first official picture of the Joker:
The other thing I’ll mention is the Sarah Connor Chronicles trailer - if you haven’t seen it go over to Pop Culture Heroines!

Ok, I had my reservations about Heath Ledger as the Joker, but bloody hell! If that’s what he’s going to look like, I can’t wait for the movie… Very dark, very Tim Burton - me likes!

I hope Batman isn’t tooTim Burton. The first Batman film doesn’t hold a candle to Batman Begins, despite all it’s imagery.
I’d rather the new Batman was very Batmany.
I really wish I hadn’t given away all my Batman comics. I have a sever case of cravings for the Dark Knight
