New Star Trek posters - Spock edition
November 11th, 2008
They’ve released a couple of new Star Trek posters, nothing really new on the image front, clearer now black and white images of Spock and Kirk. I’m not sure why they would release these considering it really isn’t new.
Something I have noticed is the complete lack of ‘Enterprise’ exterior shots, we have a glimpse of the hull through the view-screen in one of the released pics and a vague impression of it from the first trailer but no completed ship in space shots.
Even the description I’ve read that will be released with the Quantum of Solace film seem to indicate that NCC-1701 is missing an appearance. To be honest though you could probably make a whole trailer on its own just revealing the ship

you know why, they’re holding you on a leash. Giving nothing, but keeping you into startrek nonetheless.

I suppose but then again since writing this they have actually released an Enterprise picture so I’ll just bite my tongue.

It’s SYLAR !!!!!!!!!
I always am apprehensive when they take a childhood fav of mine and revamp it. The same with music.

I have the feeling that there is a lot of respect being observed with this production so I’m not getting a Transformers vibe from it
Everything is looking pretty much right at this stage.

It’s funny because when I watch Heroes now I kind of think to myself “that’s Spock!”.
I wonder which performance will win out in the end, if Heroes keeps going like it is he’ll hope it’s Star Trek
