Quick thumbnail sketch with new pencil

For my birthday Tracey got me a whole bunch of things that she had given deep thought about (she really puts a lot of thought into her gifts and she amazes me everytime).  Anyone one of these items was a really big pencil, and I mean a pretty BIG pencil.  It works really nicely and I couldn’t wait to bash together a quick sketch.  I couldn’t get too elaborate as I need to buy a bigger pencil sharpener!

Anyway here it is, it’s of course the man of the hour Iron Man, who I may be watching right now as you read this (I’ve scheduled this in advance ten hours or so).  It isn’t any particular armour model and I knocked it together in a couple of minutes or so just to get used to the pencil, I liked it though, enough to share:

  5. Widdle Shamrock - I honestly don’t know how to put in words how good that film actually was - I cobbled together what I could though and avoided spoiling the film for anyone else! More than heartily recommend it!

  6. LOL Lightening Hey! I give lots of thought to my gifts! Tracey is just cleverer than me.

  7. Marita - it was and I now have the pencil sharpener to match so I’ll be using it over the next couple of the days. She also got me a stationary set because I’ve been going on about writing letters to people.

  8. This is a very cool pic - ’nuff said
