If Marvel hired me tomorrow and wanted a cover

I had a cover in mind when I first started working on this so this is the natural end of playing around with the image.
I’ve also taken the plunge and can now be found on deviantArt so if you enjoy that sort of thing you can always see some of my work there (you’ll probably see it all here first anyway), I do hope to be producing a lot more stuff though and as soon as we move out of here I’m going to get to work on my upcoming independent graphic novel for my new indie comic book company.

That’s excellent.
Better than Salvador Larocca anyway.
Rol’s last blog post..Long Blathery Post Full Of Nowt
Thanks Rol much appreciated. That’s a bit rough on Larocca though
Nice! The only question is…’featuring’ makes me feel like a coöp, instead of a fight
And with that foot cracking his head down, Iron Man doesn’t look that invincible.
But the cover rocks!
Arjan’s last blog post..Zoanthrope 2008: old skool
He looks invincible enough to me: “This pavement can crack all the way to China and I STILL won’t care, ‘cuz my helmet cracks for nobody.”
(Y’know, that sounds a whole lot cleaner when you don’t see it in print)
John’s last blog post..Stream of Tuesdays
Very cool !!!!
Quite a wee talent there Lee….
From $2 crayons to covers.
Widdle Shamrock’s last blog post..Autism ~ to cure or not to cure ??
If this is a taste of things to come, I’m very eager to see what you come up with for the graphic novel.
You wrote that you’ll get to it “as soon as we move out of here”. You moving away from Brisbane?
Nice work. Bringing back some childhood memories.
Arjan - just lately if the Hulk and Iron Man are going to be in the same room then there is gunna be a rumble!
John - I feel the same way, that’s almost a great title for the piece ‘my helmet cracks for nobody!’
Thank you Shamrock - my ink is hell of a lot better grade than those horrible crayons!
Hi Ian - no moving out of Tracey’s Dad’s place and re-entering the rental market (yay). Some of the concept sketches for the GN are looking cool actually.
JD - that’s great to hear because that’s kind of what I was going for because I remember from my youth a wonderful cover showing Hulk squeezing the life out of Iron Man on the cover. Of course that was the issue that featured the awesome Hulkbuster armour!
