Terminator 3

I don’t that I have ever encountered anyone who has actually said that they think the third Terminator film is the actual best of the series. Maybe someone has said this to me and I’ve blanked it out from mind because it is so bloody stupid that it makes me want to cry.
There are about 50 scenes in the film that really frustrate me and I’m not going to go through them here except for the one scene: The stupid bloody idiot scene where the Terminator puts on the Elton John sunglasses and then takes them off because they apparently don’t meet his expectations.
WHY WOULD HE PUT THEM ON IN THE FIRST PLACE!?!?!?!!?
Surely he could have evaluated them prior to putting them on. He has no idea of fashion, why did he decide they were no good? Not a high enough UV rating for his metal eyeballs!?!?!
Anyway the thing I do want to say though is that I love the ending, it’s performed brilliantly as John and his future wife witness the end of the world and begin to pick up the pieces by picking up the radio.
Great sequence.

maybe in the long run his eyes will discolour..and turn a pale yellow..and we wouldn’t want that do we now mr terminator.

c’mon, it had more great scenes than that. What about when Arnie desecrates Sarah’s grave to reveal an arsenal in her coffin? Awsome!

I woulda preferred that they ditch the first hour or so of the movie and pick up toward the end. I was more interested in what happened immediately post judgment day.

Yeah swollenpickles I’m with you - that’s why I think T4 is going to be so awesome - Christian Bale as John Connor!!! DUDE!!! Set in the war… DOUBLE DUDE!!!!

Probably to check them for booby traps. When you’ve come across a pair of Elton John sunglasses, haven’t YOU been vaguely suspicious of them? Surely, you think to yourself, those shades must have an ulterior motive of some kind.
