Much to my surprise it was a tie between Jack Bauer and Jason Bourne. I thought Jack would burn Bourne but then again I really love the Bourne films so I’m pretty happy with the results.
Now, there’s been a little controversy over the top ten spaceships list and the omission of the Star Wars ships. I don’t know what it is about the Star Wars ships, I recognize how cool they are but they don’t really move me.
So I’m opening it up to you guys, giving you a chance to face off my number one ship and what I suggest is the number one Star Wars ship:

Iron your jeans?
- No, jeans are good to go and no Wolverine wouldn't iron them (73%, 24 Votes)
- Yes , no crease, I mean a crease? Really? (27%, 9 Votes)
- Yes and a crease, it's only proper (0%, 0 Votes)
- Whatever, I only wear slacks and fear Wolverine (0%, 0 Votes)
Total Voters: 33
They’re both damn cool, both smuggling cargo ships and have awesome captains. So it’s up to you guys - which is the cooler ship?

Firefly has the edge for me for being a little more…rounded. it just seems more believable somehow. But Nathan is a better Han than Han is anyway (ooo - controversial)

starwars..because..wel it’s starwars. I talked to a friend this week who never (in his almost 22 years) saw even óne starwars movie…c’mon that’s just plain evil, a lack of education, a lack of decent parental steering etc etc…almost impossible.
I also liked the Imperial Shuttles.

I was briefly tempted by the steam trains

Oooooooooooooo Dan!!! Mal a better Han!?! I’m glad you said that and not me!!! I might agree with you - but for all you Han lovin fanboys take your anger out on Dan!!!
(please note that unpleasantness towards commentators will not be tolerated)
Or of course you could just vote for the falcon instead of lurking and fuming that DAN burnt Han Solo.

I too almost chose steam trains. Remember the one in Back to the Future 3? Now THAT was an awsome train
But since we’re really here to compare the 2 star ships, It’s got to be Serenity. Sure the Millennium Falcon’s got weapons, but if Nathan needs firepower he’ll just weld another cannon to the roof

Arjan - I’m always surprised at people especially in the 30 something age bracket who have never seen Star Wars. It’s pretty much child abuse.

John - I thought you might be.

Ian - ‘weld another cannon to the roof’ love it.

Firefly.
Joss Whedon could out write George Lucas anyday and that is what made Firefly a better ship because the characters in it were better (in my not so humble opinion).

Wow Marita tell us what you really think LOL. I think Lucas is great for high level concepts but he can’t do dialogue!

And once more Serenity wins… Thus proving it’s better to have something slightly believable then having something that ‘Does the Kessel run in Twelve Parsecs’ …huh…you know…last I checked…a Parsec was a measure of distance…

Mal is a captain the protects his crew and what a mighty FINE crew it is, plus I don’t trust any guy that spends that much time out in space with a big walking rug. However, the MF came first, and it has weapons, it can’t do a Crazy Ivan but it can go into Light Speed… some of the time.
Serenity wins for me hands down! Sorry Han….

true whedon can write circles around lukas and mal is awsome and possibly better than han debate for a nother time but serenity does not hold a candle to the falcon period and leave chewie alone
