We’re off to watch Moon tonight at the Brisbane International Film Festival, both of us feel a little off but I really want to see this film!
Oh I was going to write up reviews for the two films that I already saw but Tracey has already done it and her words are more often than no better than mine:
Go take a look at the reviews, they’re pretty good.

CURSE YOU!
Moon only played at “select theaters” in the States. Needless to say, Northern Vermont was not on the short list.
Moon looks like such a good film. Visually interesting, but cerebral at the same time. Plus, it harks back to the golden age of sci-fi and I loves me some golden age sci-fi

It was extraordinary.
It makes me angry that a film like Transformers 2 gets such a wide release when an important film that has a brilliant story and an amazing performance doesn’t even get shown in cinema.
That looks cool!
It was amazing, it’s coming to the Dendy cinemas later in the year, but then I guess you guys don’t get as much of a chance to get out yet? Or are you guys comfortable with babysitters?
Dude, that looks awesome! Why did I not hear about that around here?! They didn’t have any money left for marketing?

Yeah it is an indie film with limited release – and it was awesome – look out for it if it gets a wider run!!
this Brisbane festival makes my list of ‘to watch’ longer and longer.
