• Dude, how come you don't watch How I Met...
NPH rocks the show completely. He is almost like Joey Tribbiani with the words of Chandler Bing. Hehe
  • Lee
I'm almost ashamed now that I outed myself, I'm going to fix the situation and watch me some How I Met Your Mother!

I don't have any idea why I never watched the show actually, just missed me completely!
  • MC
Release the awesome.... release it... you are holding it hostage, and it must be unleashed on the world.

Though since you are watching video game movies, you can't be experiencing anything close to "awesome" right now.
  • MC
I can't believe I just referenced Little Nicky.
  • Lee
Dude I was going to say anything, but you sooooo quoted Little Nicky!!
  • The How I Met Your Mother gang has brought awesome back into my vocabulary. There really is no suitable synonym for it.

I'd recommend the show as a future DVD marathon screening pick. The Big Bang Theory would be a good companion piece.

I've been convinced on How I Met Your Mother and the emptiness that its absence leaves in my life :)
  • Dan
Incidentally, that's a really cool photo of you on that interview. I wouldn't go so far to say it's awesome though. Sorry.

Damn you Dan and your resistance to using the word awesome to describe a photo I am in! Could I interest you in a similar photo but with an Iron Man helmet instead?
  • What's really awesome is that the emailed notifications I'll get to this post, if you deign to respond, will start with the word Awesome! in the subject line.

Personally, I think the word Awesome always deserves an exclamation mark. See how it looks naked without it?

The first thing I thought of when I saw this title, though, was Captain Awesome from Chuck.

    Consider yourself responded to :P

LOL I like both flavours of Awesomeness - with and without the exclamation mark.
  • NPH rules! Have to pick up Dr. Horrible. Have you seen him singing the end credits to the Tonys? I don't know much about Broadway, but NPH makes super fun of it.

"How I met your mother" is pretty much the only sitcom on TV (other than Scrubs 1-4) that made me laugh consistently. I think it's fabulous that an out gay man is playing a possibly closeted, overcompensating gay man.

I only say "awesome" in one way. The way that J.D. did when he was trying not to ogle Eliot's breasts in season one.

Very sad that with the switch to digital signal in the US I don't get NBC anymore. In fact, I only get ABC which is terribly ironic because that was a channel I DIDN'T get with analog even though we are the same distance from the transmitters as we were before. Stupid technology.

I think NPH is the best part of the Harold and Kumar films. Haven't seen him singing at the Tonys, I expect it is on YouTube so I'll check it out.

I think I'm going to have to get my hands on 'How I met your Mother'.
  • Just awesome :)

  • What a clip! ha..
Enjoyed the interview as well. Although I only found 2 awesome(s) in your interview, and the author herself uses the word twice to describe your work. ^^ Now isn't that awesome?

LOL awesome gets used here a lot though and in my day to day life, I aven't used it as a tag though which is probably odd (on second thoughts though I'd use it a lot!).
